Flibony is a place to hang out, host voice rooms, meet people, and have fun. These Community Guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed so the community stays safe, welcoming, and authentic. They apply everywhere on the Service — profiles, voice rooms, messages, gifts, and any other content or behavior — and are part of our Terms of Service.
Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, muting, loss of virtual items obtained through abuse, suspension, or a permanent ban.
1. Be Respectful
Treat others with respect. We do not allow harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or targeting people with unwanted contact. Disagreements are fine; abuse is not.
2. No Hate Speech
We do not allow content or behavior that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
3. No Sexual or Adult Content
We do not allow pornography, sexually explicit content, or solicitation. Do not use the Service for sexual services, nudity, or sexually suggestive content, including in profile images, room titles, audio, or messages.
4. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse
The sexualization of minors in any form is strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate permanent ban. We use detection systems, remove such content, preserve relevant evidence, and report to law enforcement and relevant authorities (such as NCMEC) as required by law. There are no appeals for this category.
5. Protect Minors
The Service is not for anyone under the minimum age. Do not encourage minors to use the Service, share content that endangers minors, or attempt to contact minors inappropriately.
6. No Violence, Threats, or Dangerous Activity
Do not threaten, promote, organize, or glorify violence, terrorism, or serious harm. Do not promote dangerous or illegal activities, weapons or drug sales, or anything that could cause real-world harm.
7. No Self-Harm or Suicide Promotion
Do not promote, encourage, or provide instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to local emergency or crisis services.
8. No Fraud, Scams, or Impersonation
Do not deceive others for money, gifts, or personal information. Phishing, scams, fake giveaways, payment fraud, and pretending to be another person, brand, or Flibony staff are prohibited.
9. No Spam or Economy Manipulation
Do not spam, flood chats, run bots, or use multiple/fake accounts. Do not manipulate gifts, Coins, Diamonds, VIP, leaderboards, rankings, rewards, or our anti-fraud systems. Buying, selling, trading, or transferring accounts or virtual items outside the features we provide is prohibited.
10. Voice Room Conduct
Hosts and admins are responsible for keeping their rooms within these Guidelines. Do not use rooms for prohibited content, hate, harassment, or illegal coordination. Hosts may moderate their own rooms (mute, remove, lock seats), but room-level rules can never override these Guidelines or our Terms.
11. Be Authentic
Use accurate information and do not impersonate others. Do not create accounts to evade bans, inflate engagement, or abuse the Service.
12. Respect Intellectual Property
Only share content you have the right to share. Do not post material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
13. Privacy of Others
Do not share other people's private or personal information ("doxxing") or record, capture, or distribute others' content or audio without consent where consent is required.
14. Reporting and Enforcement
You can report content, rooms, or users that violate these Guidelines using in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@flibony.com. We use automated and human moderation to review reports and may take action including warnings, content removal, muting, seat removal, room closure, suspension, or permanent bans. Serious or repeated violations lead to stronger penalties. Where available, you may appeal certain decisions; some categories (such as child sexual abuse) are not eligible for appeal.
15. Age Requirement
You must meet the minimum age required in your country (and at least the age of digital consent where applicable) to use the Service.
