Flibony

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Flibony ("Flibony", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Flibony mobile application, website at https://flibony.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Flibony is a social live-streaming and voice-room platform that includes user accounts, profiles, voice rooms, messaging, gifts, virtual items, a VIP system, an agency system, a couple/marriage system, GameHub, leaderboards, and notifications.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide directly, (b) information generated through your use of the Service, and (c) information collected automatically from your device. The categories below describe what we collect and why.

1.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect the information needed to create and secure your account, which may include your chosen username, display name, account identifier, password (stored only as a salted, irreversible hash — never in plain text), country/region, language preference, and the authentication method you used (phone, Google, or Telegram). We also record account status information such as creation date and last activity for security and support.

1.2 Phone Numbers

If you sign in with your phone number, we collect that number and a one-time verification code to confirm ownership. Phone numbers are used for authentication, account recovery, security alerts, and fraud prevention. We store the verified number in standardized international format and never share it publicly on your profile unless you choose to.

1.3 Email Addresses

If you add or sign in with an email address, we collect it to authenticate you, send transactional messages (such as verification, security, and account notices), and respond to support requests. You can manage email-based communications in your settings. An email is only treated as verified after you confirm it.

1.4 Google Authentication

If you choose "Continue with Google," Google shares a limited set of profile information with us (such as your name, email address, and a stable account identifier / ID token) so we can create or sign you into your Flibony account. We do not receive your Google password. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own privacy policy.

1.5 Telegram Authentication

If you choose "Continue with Telegram," Telegram provides a signed payload containing limited profile details (such as your Telegram user ID, name, and, where available, username and photo) so we can authenticate you. We verify the integrity of this payload and do not receive your Telegram credentials. Your use of Telegram login is also subject to Telegram's own privacy policy.

1.6 Profile Data

You may provide profile information such as a display name, biography, gender, birthday, city/region, interests, language tags, linked social handles, and privacy preferences. Some profile fields are public by design (for example, display name and avatar) so that other users can recognize you in rooms and on leaderboards.

1.7 Profile Images

When you upload a profile picture or cover image, we store and process it to display your profile. Uploaded images may be automatically and/or manually screened for safety and policy compliance before or after they appear publicly.

1.8 User Content

The Service lets you create content, including messages, voice-room audio sessions, room titles and descriptions, comments, reactions, gifts you send, and other user-generated material. Content you post in public areas (such as voice rooms and leaderboards) may be visible to other users.

1.9 Voice Room Activity

When you create, host, join, or participate in a voice room, we process activity data such as the rooms you create or join, your seat/role, join and leave times, presence/heartbeat signals, who you host or co-host with, gifts sent and received, and room-level events. This data powers real-time features, room discovery, rankings, moderation, and abuse prevention. Live audio is transmitted to enable the room experience; we do not retain a permanent recording of routine voice-room audio except where a recording is created for a specific safety, moderation, or legal purpose and handled under stricter access controls.

1.10 Messaging Data

When you send direct messages or chat in rooms, we process the message content and metadata (such as sender, recipient or room, and timestamp) to deliver and display messages and to enforce our safety and anti-abuse rules. Messages may be scanned by automated filters for prohibited content.

1.11 Device Information

We collect device and app information such as device model, operating system and version, app version, language and region settings, time zone, and a device or installation identifier. This helps us deliver the Service, secure your account, and diagnose problems.

1.12 Log Data

Our servers automatically record log data when you use the Service, including IP address, access times, requests made, referring/exit pages or screens, crash reports, and performance diagnostics. Log data is used for security, debugging, analytics, and fraud prevention.

1.13 Analytics

We collect aggregated and event-level usage analytics — such as features used, screens viewed, session length, retention, and interaction events — to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Where required by law, analytics that rely on non-essential identifiers are used only with an appropriate legal basis or your consent.

1.14 Cookies and Similar Technologies

On our website and in certain web views, we use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit functionality. The mobile app uses on-device storage and identifiers for equivalent purposes. For more detail, see our Cookies Policy.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Under GDPR, our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract (providing the Service you request), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and product improvement), your consent (where we ask for it, such as certain analytics or marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, monitoring, and least-privilege internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

4. Fraud Prevention

To keep the Service safe and fair, we analyze account, device, network, and behavioral signals to detect and prevent fraud, fake accounts, payment abuse, and manipulation of virtual items, gifts, leaderboards, and reward systems. This may include automated risk scoring and, where necessary, restricting or suspending accounts that violate our policies.

5. Content Moderation

We operate automated and human moderation systems to detect prohibited content and behavior, including the screening of profile images, messages, and room activity. We may review reported content, take enforcement actions (such as warnings, content removal, muting, suspension, or bans), and retain records of violations and enforcement decisions to keep the community safe and to handle appeals. Certain immutable safety fingerprints (for example, known prohibited material) are checked to prevent re-upload.

6. Sharing of Information

Flibony does not sell your personal data.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, which may include authentication providers (Google, Telegram), cloud infrastructure and storage, real-time communication/RTC providers, push-notification services, and analytics providers. These third parties process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party service you connect to or interact with through Flibony.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After that, we retain information only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes — such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial and virtual-item record-keeping, and compliance with legal obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymized. Retention periods vary by data type and the purpose for which it was collected.

9. User Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

Users may request removal of their personal information where legally applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@flibony.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. You can do this from within the app's account settings where available, or by contacting support@flibony.com or privacy@flibony.com. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain records (for example, for fraud prevention, financial/virtual-item records, legal compliance, or to resolve disputes). Some content you shared publicly or sent to others may persist after deletion.

11. Virtual Items and Currency

Coins, Diamonds, VIP memberships, Gifts, and all other virtual items available on Flibony are digital products and entitlements for use within the Service only. They are not real-world currency, are not legal tender, have no cash value outside the Service, and are not redeemable for money except where expressly permitted by us and required by applicable law.

Your rights to virtual items are governed by our Terms of Service. We process related transaction data to operate, account for, and protect these features.

12. Children's Privacy

Flibony is not directed to children, and you must meet the minimum age required in your country (and at least the age of digital consent where applicable) to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@flibony.com and we will take steps to delete it and close the account.

13. International Users

Flibony is operated as a global service. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an in-app message). Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.

15. Contact Information

We are committed to resolving any privacy concerns you may have.
